Brad started his career in banking, specifically management of people, processes and place from 2005 to 2019. Managing significant risks to cash and security to conduct and legislation. Brad made the move from the private sector to the public sector in early 2019 by moving to Devon County Council, heading up the Revenue/Payments team. Having spent the last four years with DCC, in September 2022 he joined DAP to form part of the management team, specifically focusing on Risk Management. By spending a vast amount of time managing people and risks from a service point of view, Brad will be able to use this experience to identify, manage and address risks for DAPs colleagues and partners. Brad is keen on using risk management to help businesses and entities achieve their long and short term goals and aspirations, and to operate in a confident and compliant way.
