We are a “not-for-profit” organisation and we endeavour to keep our costs as low as possible. Our charges are based on the recovery of our costs plus a small percentage to help with inward investment such as training for staff, thus providing the basis for our daily rate calculations.
At the outset we will give you an estimate of the number of days required to complete the work, discuss the staff best suited to the work and confirm the applicable ‘daily rate’, all of which will combine to determine the proposed charge. The daily rate that we charge varies as for example should more senior staff be required the input will cost more than work which utilises less senior staff.
If the actual days required are less than estimated, we will only charge you for the days incurred. If it looks like more input is required, we will promptly inform you and seek your agreement to extend the level of input.

In July 2019, our ongoing commitment to providing a class-leading service with a strong customer focus was reconfirmed with nationally recognised accreditation for Customer Service Excellence.
