In Spring 2023, our ongoing commitment to providing a class leading service with a strong customer focus was reconfirmed with nationally recognised accreditation for Customer Service Excellence. Meeting the needs of customers is a key marker of our success and our Customer Engagement Strategy helps us monitor our progress better in this area.
The audit has led to a direct change in our approach to annualised contracting and assurance, which we will be rolling out from Autumn 2021. The team has specifically supported us to understand the gaps previous processes had, and design new systems and approaches that we are now implementing. The Audit Team have been great with us over the past year, and really added to what we have been doing. It is very much appreciated.
