In Spring 2023, our ongoing commitment to providing a class leading service with a strong customer focus was reconfirmed with nationally recognised accreditation for Customer Service Excellence. Meeting the needs of customers is a key marker of our success and our Customer Engagement Strategy helps us monitor our progress better in this area.
The timing of audit meant that the auditor could see both the old and new sites so able to see the improvements we had made to make user friendly. It was helpful to have another view on work/checks carried out.
The audit was conducted fairly and in a helpful manner and didn’t involve unnecessary interference with normal work patterns
Needless to say that the past twelve months has proved to be a challenging period as we have adapted to new ways of working. Even so, this audit was completed in timely manner and with minimum fuss.
